Who we are
Fonix Marketing (fonixmarketing.com) is a digital marketing agency with offices in Dubai, Muscat and London. Contact: info@fonixmarketing.com.
What we collect
When you submit our project form we collect the details you enter: name, email, phone, company, website, services of interest, budget range, market and your message. We also record the time of submission and a technical fingerprint of the request (IP address and browser) to prevent spam and abuse.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and, if you become a client, deliver our services. We may store enquiries in our own CRM platform, Fonix. We never sell your data.
Storage and security
Form data is stored outside public web folders with restricted access, and transmitted over HTTPS. Our website is served through Cloudflare, which processes technical request data to protect the site.
Retention
We keep enquiry data for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you become a client or ask us to delete it sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing info@fonixmarketing.com. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, Oman's Personal Data Protection Law and the UK GDPR where they apply.

This site does not set advertising cookies. If we enable analytics, it will run with consent controls and this page will be updated.
